Není to tak dávno, když jsme byli svědky setkání Lady Gaga a Donatelly Versace v apartmánu Versace v Milánu. Viděli jsme všechny outfity Lady Gaga, házení růží z balkónu, ale jejich rozhovor byl všem neznámý. Díky rozhovoru Lady Gaga s Just Jared jsme se dozvěděli jméno další písně z alba ARTPOP. Gaga popsala text písně jako milostný dopis Donatelle a pojmenovala ho samozřejmě "Donatella".
"It's not so much about Donatella as a brand as it is Donatella the person; about me as a person; that idea of what the public wants from you…It's about being a fearless female and not caring what people say about you - being proud of who you are and walking the walk no matter what."
Donatella reagovala na informaci velmi mile:
"I am honoured to be her friend and of course I love the song!"
Lady Gaga také odtajnila část písně.
"Donatella, maybe she's a bitch, maybe she's too skinny, maybe she's too rich, maybe she's too out there. Or, maybe she's brilliant, maybe she's intelligent, maybe she's strong, maybe she's everything, maybe she's Donatella."
Nám ale nezbývá nic jiného, než čekat.
